The current owners carry a legacy of about 250 years on their shoulders, dating back to the "Grande Dame of Champagne", Madame Clicquot, who revolutionized Champagne’s quality in the early 19th century. This bottle is crafted from 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, all harvested from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards.
